Our Mission

Our mission at Communicate is to help people improve their communication skills in order to build confidence, improve relationships and foster development.

Founder and CEO

Melanie is a communication skills activist! She has been in the corporate training industry for nearly a decade, honing her skills, understanding her client’s needs and she has built a company with a strong culture that promotes positivity, inclusivity, diversity and empowerment.

Having grown up in Hong Kong and achieving a Law degree in Ireland, Melanie pursued her passion for acting in New York and London. Upon returning to Hong Kong, Melanie realised her aptitude for academics, structure, language and analysis, coupled with her skills, as a performer was the ideal combination for corporate training.

Melanie has delivered training across a variety of industries, ranging from banking, legal, shipping and fashion, to tech start-ups, PR firms, charities and individuals. Melanie is passionate about grass-roots development and has dedicated a significant portion of her time assisting with female talent development programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives at different organisations.

She has designed curriculums for global organisations and developed bespoke programs for company off-sites both virtually and in-person. Melanie has worked individually with CEO’s in the financial industry and the start up world, to enhance their pitching skills.

Melanie is renowned for bringing an electric energy to her sessions and always endevours to listen understand and curate her training programs specifically to her clients needs.

How does it work?

Our strategy is to listen and understand.

We listen to our clients and ask detailed questions in order to pinpoint the specific areas for development. Then we see if one of our current courses hits the mark or if not, we will create a bespoke program to target your precise needs and objectives.

We encourage collaboration with our clients to ensure that we are curating a program that is specifically addressing their needs, whilst helping to create a consistent learning journey, which can be rolled out globally if needed.

We will always be honest as to whether we are the right people to help, if something isn’t in our area of expertise then we will absolutely let you know!
